JMF have experience in working with our clients from
a projects inception as a member of the design team.
We attend meetings and liase with the architect and
contractors.
Our project management skills encapsulate the entire
interior scheme. We are flexible to the client’s
installation schedule and maintain responsibility for
our operations from design to installation.
Design and Recommendations
The complete service provided by JMF begins with design.
Using Articad and Form Z* we provide our clients with
3D virtual images further providing the option to present
a 3D virtual tour of the scheme. JMF forge links between
the client and their marketing and sales agents where
such advanced computer generated images will maximise
early sales opportunities.
Our highly acclaimed show homes integrate standard
and optional items to achieve the ‘wow factor’
that can convert a viewing into a sale.
Products and Upgrades
Our extensive supplier portfolio enables us to source
and supply cost-effective quality products to meet the
aspirations and budgets of our clients. JMF also offers
alternative upgrade product options.
JMF have an upgrade sales partnership scheme. Working
with our clients we return to them a percentage of sales
over and above their contract sums.
Handover Packs and Customer Care
Our Customer Care offers warranties and after sales
service contact details tailored to each development.
